These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Signpost Manager platform operated by Signpost Manager ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Signpost Manager is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for sign installation companies. The Service provides work order management, technician dispatch, inventory tracking, invoicing, client portals, and related business tools.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@signpostmanager.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely to provide the Service. We will not access Your Data except to provide the Service, respond to support requests, or as required by law.

5. Multi-Tenant Isolation

Each organization's data is logically isolated within the platform. Staff and client users can only access data belonging to their own organization. We maintain access controls to prevent cross-tenant data access.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Stripe, email providers). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

7. Billing and Payments

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected by your organization. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Signpost Manager and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signpost Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by your organization in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete Your Data after a 90-day grace period.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
